"Globally ok but a little bit disappointing For 5* hotel, No smart tv, personal not very helpful or friendly"

"Overall experience have been positive. Clean guest room, great choice of breakfast, great access to The Alamanda Shopping Centre."

"It’s a great experience. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is new and comfortable. There is near LRT station, has a mall below and provides a shuttle bus service to IOI mall."

"nice service, breakfast for omlet very slow but food is ok good."

"Me and My Mother and Daughter were in Paradise Staying Here at This Beautiful Gorgeous Hotel 🏨 The Entire Staff were like Family Made sure we were Comfortable Made Sure They assisted us Properly Very Supportive and Accommodating you right Next To the Beautiful Pavilion Mall and Shopping 🛍️🛒 Center The Rooms are Beautifully Luxuriously Gorgeous If I could Give 100 Stars 🤩 ✨ I would 🎊🎉💜❤️🙏"

"New, clean, helpful staff."

"Easy Check in, clean room. Also, coffee in the room was a plus. Very convenient. Why sleep in the terminal when you can rest in a room with a private bathroom."

"The ball room was good, but the guest room was not so comfortable one, because there were only a few amenities, no slippers in the room, and the carpet was not cleaned well. Meals, including served during wedding party were satisfactory."

"Great location! The hotel is attached with Pyramid mall. The room is spacious and fully equipped with all the amenity. It's easy to go to Sunway university through the mall and the overhead walkway. "
