It can only be booked by guests who are in transit on international flights from Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Guests must not clear immigration as the hotel is located inside the terminal of Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA). Rooms can only be purchased for 6- or 12-hour stays. Guests are required to present their connecting or international flight's boarding pass at check-in. Please note that the Kuala Lumpur International Airport (KLIA) and Low Cost Carrier Terminal (KLIA2) are not connected. Checked-in luggage cannot be retrieved if staying at the transit hotel.
