"Very nice hotel! I like it very much. It has a washing machine in each room. Very convenient for us since we were travelling in the hot days, it’s easy for us to wash our clothes in the room. The room also has a cooktop which we can make our own breakfast before heading out each morning."
"Nice sized room, clean, washing machine/dryer combo, great size shower, clean & modern. Only downside with 4 people there isn’t much room for luggage but we made it work. Also having hand soap in the bathroom with the toilet would be nice. "
"The Hotel Grand Bach Ginza was perfect for our 5 day stay in Tokyo. The area is quiet, but still has everything you need from dinning to shopping without the crowds of Shibuya or Shinjuku. The hotel is clean, modern and has helpful staff. We loved our stay, and would definitely go back! "
"Lovely hotel with friendly staff. Wonderful lobby with unbeatable views or Tokyo Tower. We had a tower view and were lucky to see Mt Fuji on both mornings. Delicious breakfast."
"Absolutely cracking hotel in the heart of Ginza. Really well located close to the subway and within walking distance of the main shopping street and loads of bars and restaurants. Our room was small but well kitted out with facilities. The shower was fab and we were able to borrow an iron from reception to do some last minute ironing. The fitness room was perfect and the roof top bar great for a late night cocktail. "
"Strong air conditioning, which was a must during the hot humid summer season. Has everything we needed and was in a super convenient location but a subway station. "
"This hotel exceeded the standards of all other luxury hotels that we have used. The staff was the most pleasant and helpful, and the room was well stocked. The room service was perfect and offered more service than all other luxury hotels that we’ve used. The food was always perfect. As a coffee lover, I appreciated the quality of coffee in the room and the French press. All was excellent and a 10/10."
"Great location idea for both business and family trip. Transportation has airport limo stop and connects with Two near train stations.
We can walk from/to Shinsaibashi station and Ginza area for 10 min. Staff is very very helpful and excellent English support. If we have a chance, we will be back again."
"One of the night I stayed, at around 4-5 AM, while I was sleeping in my room, the other guests accessed my room through the door and entered. I'm not sure if this is a common issue at this hotel, but for a place charging over $200 per night, the security at night seems very poor."
