The room is very comfortable and have everything we need. As a family this is a great place to stay with great amenities with bunk beds and kitchen with everything equipped. I especially like that the shower and faucet and toilet are all separate so it’s easy for everyone to get ready. Mimaru brand is not cheap, but for family it is a great property for the money

Our stay at Mimaru Ginza East was wonderful. The room was spacious, clean, and perfect for our family of 4, two of which are teenagers, which can be hard to find in Tokyo. We especially appreciated having a small kitchen and dining area, which made it easy to relax after long days of sightseeing. The location was excellent, close to multiple train stations, convenient stores, and great restaurants, while still being in a quiet area. It was easy to get to Tokyo Station, Ginza, and other popular areas. Loved having the Imperial Palace not to far as well, being able to use as a running route. The staff were warm and friendly, willing to help answer any questions we had. We would definitely stay at Mimaru Ginza East again.

The room was clean and comfortable with enough room for our family of 4. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They called the International Clinic for us when my son was ill. Risa went above and beyond by walking me to a nearby hotel and arranging a partial day stay after we checked out so that we could rest. We would definitely stay here again. We were made to feel comfortable and at home. Many thanks to the staff and especially Risa. She was so kind.

the rooms were clean and the beds were comfier than any hotel we've been in theres a local grocery store right across the street but also within walking distance to 7/11. the front desk also has some really nice suggestions for eating around the area its also very quiet on the block and we didn't have any noise issues up on the 9th floor would absolutely stay here again
