"It was a clean room, however, for the price, you could get a way better room somewhere else. The lady that registered my stay, was rude, distracted and extremely slow. The lady doing my check out was much better. I stay in hotels a lot for work, on average 60% is spent in hotels vs. home. They really needs to step it up."

"There was no one at the front desk at any time, entering or exiting the lobby. Had to call for check in and check out. On check out approximately 10am a staff appeared (after calling her on the phone) in a bra and sweat pants, barely awake. Carpets throughout were awful(dirty and ruffled). The smell of weed on entering and while walking down the hallway was very prominent."

"I stay at this hotel once every 6 weeks. I arrive late and leave early, so its really quiet and I don't usually see anyone else except the staff which are super nice and helpful."

"Everything was fantastic EXCEPT we cooked all night as they keep the hotel rooms at 74 and you can not open a window or adjust the settings… we had the worst sleep because it was so hot in the room…. My husband and I both sleep well in cooler environments… but had to keep getting up to put cold water on a face cloth. Unfortunately this will be a deal breaker for future stays ☹️"

"The pool had been shut down by Alberta Health Services over two months before our staff. Having a pool is one of the main reasons we booked the hotel. Even on check in no one mentioned it you had to go to the pool to see the closure notice from the health department. The room was clean enough i guess but it something in it triggered an allergic reaction that 8 hours after leaving I am still almost useless. The ceiling in window area of the room was cut open and just hanging down The staff...

"Property was very clean and staff were very friendly. Hallways and hotel room were very clean and in excellent condition. The jacuzzi bathtub was very clean as well, unlike many other hotels. Great stay."
