"Staff were excellent! Friendly and very helpful. Check in and check out were very quick and efficient. The room was clean and nice smelling, bed was comfortable and floor was quiet. I visited the Eclipse lounge for an after dinner snack and cocktail and then again in the morning for a quick bite for breakfast. It was pretty decent. I needed a ride to airport in the morning and it was a seamless transition; from check out to boarding shuttle bus - staff even offered to help with taking my luggage...

"Staff is friendly and helpful (during checkout). Spacious and clean room. Connected to airport - departure area- level 2 near gate 25. You can visit Premium Outlet it’s just 4 minutes drive away and pay around $16 for Uber. If you take the escalators down to arrival hall, there’s a Tim Hortons Cafe and other convenient stores😊"

It would have been helpful if they would have told us Pluto was free. We had to search a bit to get local news. The room was large, updated and clean. The fireplace was a nice ambiance."

"Would not recommend this hotel—I spend $200 per night but it was not worth the money. While the staff were polite and helpful, the overall condition of the property was disappointing. There was a constant smoky smell throughout the hotel, and the carpet appeared to be damaged and temporarily fixed with tape. Overall, not a pleasant experience.”"
