"I am not quick to write bad reviews but we were disappointed with our stay. We stayed at this hotel for 3 nights, upon arrival the room appeared clean however, the untenciles, cups and plates were dirty. There was no house cleaning to straighten our room and take out the trash on any of the days. The breakfast was just not good. We only ate there once we didn’t go back the next time. On a positive note: The staff (réception and chef) were pleasant when we interacted with them. The room...

"Good size and clean rooms, staff was helpful upon arrival, hot tub/pool/fitness centre was in quality condition. Can’t beat getting up and walking down the corridor to airport security! "

"First room our toilet wouldnt flush, got moved to another room - didnt notice until after our concert that the sink was clogged. Put my head down on a pillow that smelled like someone had used it to wipe their armpit after not showering for a week. Another pillow smelled fine at first but got whiffs of BO throughout the night. Showered the next morning and the drain in there was clogged as well. Bathroom and halls were clean looking"

"Our family enjoys this place because we have always been treated well, the continental breakfast has something for all of us, and it's convenient whether we're flying somewhere or spending time in Edmonton. Edmonton is just a short commute since most of our business there is usually on the south end."

"The staff were not friendly or accommodating. We asked for an extra blanket- they didn’t want to give us one. When my children were swimming there was no pool towels available, the staff did not want to get more towels. We had to explain the kids will be walking by the front door soaking wet before they got towels for them. The rooms and bathroom were also very small. "

"Everything was great for the most part. I don’t expect a lot for what I’m paying. I just look mostly for cleanliness. The rest looked great but was disappointed in the bed. Initially looked clean but then noticed 2 hairs on the pillow and sheets. Not happy with that. Plus, the top bed cover is old and pilling. Most hotels don’t use those anymore. So I pulled it off the bed for the few days we stayed. Everything else was great!"
