"Everything about the property and staff was great. We loved the location and the bar in the lobby had a great vibe. We did have one issue with the toilet in our room. It just did not flush consistently. There would be times that it would work on the first push then other times it just wouldn’t do anything. We asked them to look at it and it was supposedly fixed but never worked well the entire week we were there. "

"The staff was lovely & welcoming, making us feel welcome to the hotel. The room was clean with a comfortable bed. Spa facilities were definitely good for the morning after a lovely night out in London, helping me get refreshed and ready for the evening. The breakfast was delicious, especially the poached eggs, which were perfectly cooked. 100% recommend the staying here and planned to come back another time. "

"Less than budget experience - extremely cramped double room, which meant there was not enough space to open more than one suitcase or move around the room without one person staying on the bed. Bedside table vice only on one side of the bed. Two hangers for each person’s coat, but only one paper cup. No kettle or any other complimentary amenities. Bathroom was dirty. "
