"It was a very nice hotel and a room, the bed was comfortable and it was very clean, including the hallway and lobby area. The only difficulty I had was that the staff did not speak any English so it was a little difficult since my Japanese skill is not great. The electricity in the room is turned on by putting the key in the wall, so at first it was a bit confusing because I missed that part of the explanation when I talked to the desk person when I checked in. "It was very high quality for the proce and location. Next to the Shin Osaka Station and that house quite a bit of shopping and restaurant locations. "
"Great hotel once I found out how to get there by walking from Shin Osaka station :-) — walking back to the station within less than 10 mins .. perfect spot to stay. "
"Super convenient for a one night layover in Osaka. 3 minute walking to Osaka Metro and 10 minutes to Shinkansen (with luggage).
Room was clean and comfortable. There was a large step up to the bathroom which might be difficult for someone with mobility issues. Bathroom was nice sized, beds were comfy. They stored our luggage for several hours after check out so we could explore a bit.
Breakfast was additional fee (I think?) But it was good and very convenient (though there is a family mart right around the corner).
Overall good price and great for a short stay!"
"Free shuttle to, and from Shinkansen. Walkable at 14 minutes. Many dining options, pharmacy, and 7-Eleven close by. Professional, clean, updated hotel with a helpful and friendly staff. Will stay here again next time."
"So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!"
