The staff there is amazing. Tu at reception was very helpful. The rooms are good value and the location is great! We stayed there at the beginning of the trip and the end of our trip and enjoyed it both times!

Great stay for a family. We walked to most places - Ben Thanh markets, War Remnants Museum, walking street. Lots of mini marts and spas around. We did have trouble finding places to eat for dinner in the surrounding street but if you walk a few streets over there are many options.

well located, ample restaurants in vicinity. Excellent service from bell boy and male receptionist...ver y little comprehension of what was going on from female reception. NO upper level terrace and breakfast facility as detailed on Webpage...in fact NO breakfast availability at all. We were booked into top floor penthouse...when we arrived, immediately without any discussion, we were told it would not be suitable for "you erderly guests" and that our 3 night stay would need to be with 2 rooms.After stressing the inconvenience of these arrangements, we were finally able to view the penthouse only to find access was by stairs from the floor below...NO mention of this at all on Website and room descriptions....probably not really suitable for us "elderlys" but room was obvious to us as nor ready for occupency...beds not fully dresses, curtains drawn and exteme musky smell-suspect room was closed due to water issues. Poor female receptionist was left to sort out our arrangements whilst the Manager sat enjoying refreshments 10 metres away but always reluctant to assist in resolving thoe issues.

The room is smaller than anticipated, and there were some ants trailing around our bed area however the rest of their services were superb. The workers there accommodated us kindly and answered all questions with navigation around the area Vietnam.

Stayed at the hotel on two separate nights at the start & end of a week. Thankyou to staff for allowing an early check-in upon our arrival, & for holding some of our luggage between our stays. 3-bed room was very clean & comfortable, with a very large, clean bathroom, & nice, small balcony overlooking the street. Location is very convenient for exploring District 1 in Ho Chi Minh City. It can get noisy from as early as 6-7am until 10-11pm, as is often the case in this city, so it should not come as a surprise. All staff were very friendly & accommodating.

호텔 위치도 좋고 조용합니다. 먹을 데도 많구요. 다만 방에서 집개미와 작은 바퀴가 나왔어요. 붕산 사다가 약 만들어서 배치하고, 바퀴벌레 스프레이도 받아서 뿌렸습니다. 다행히 효과가 있어서 더이상 피해는 없었습니다. 가격과 위치가 좋아 묵을 만합니다.

Good location and service. The room we got (2 single beds) was a bit small, but clean and comfy. There was a bit of noice at night from the streets outside, but we had no issues sleeping. Water pressure and heating works well. There’s English language channels on their cable tv, too. You can refill your water bottles near the reception. Breakfast could definitely be improved. Otherwise, there are a number of convenient stores, cafes and restaurants nearby to get food. Overall, I recommend this hotel for its value 👍
