Thế property are ok for 2*. But the night ship reception really mean. I lost my key card , when I come back to tell he that I lost my key card at the restaurant and I don’t know where is it. Instead he ask me to pay for the key (under $1) , he ask me to go to looking for the key with reason NO MORE KEY AVAILABLE! And I have no choice, looking for a key or book another room. That’s really weird .

Es ist mir ein Rätsel, wie dieses Hotel zu seiner 8.8-Sterne-Bewertung gekommen ist. Die Lage ist schlecht (weder besonders nah zum Flughafen noch zur City), die Zimmer sind gammelig und nicht sonderlich sauber. Im Bett waren Haare, es war staubig, die Toilette war dreckig und es gab keine Seife. Beim Duschen hat man aufgrund fehlender Abdichtungen das komplette Badezimmer unter Wasser gesetzt. Nachts ging die Klimaanlage aus und es wurde unerträglich heiß. Außerdem war es unfassbar laut die ganze Nacht, weil in der Lobby Lärm gemacht wurde. Finger weg von diesem Hotel!

Personnel très agréable et serviable. La dame nous a gentiment gardé nos bagages et a fait en sorte que nous puissions accéder à la chambre plus rapidement. Le Monsieur la nuit a été adorable. Il nous a commandé un Grab pour aller à l'aéroport. Un hôtel parfait avec un personnel excellent et des chambres très confortable. Je recommande à 100% 😊
