シャワーとトイレが一緒の部屋なのでシャワーを利用すると床がビショビショになってしまいます。東南アジアでは多いですがちょっと残念でした。

要注意索取早餐券

廁所設計很糟！ Checkin 時沒給早餐券 （購買時網頁說有免費早餐） 所以隔天沒吃到早餐！ 經查購買憑證上有免費早餐第三天早餐時間去一樓卻要講好久他們有電話打來打去又一直要早餐券⋯ 半小時後才同意給我免費早餐 只有第一晚checkin時有人在五樓給我鑰匙，其他的時間根本找不到人！ 除此外，房間外的設計很宜人！ 五樓還有兔子很可愛！ 一樓餐廳跟樓上旅館在一起可是經營者似乎不同！ 餐廳還蠻古色古香餐點也蠻好吃客人也很多

Eclecticism decoration adorns the hotel itself. The restaurant downstairs is independent from the hotel so I was told. The restaurant has an in depth menu selection. Restaurant ambiance is old style Vietnamese, nicely done. It is situated on a main noisy city street. If you require quiet do not stay in room 303. Our room was never serviced over the 4 day period, the lobby is on the 5th floor but when I visited the 5th floor only a spa was found and a lady sleeping on a bench. No telephone in our room, no complimentary bottle water, water pressure in the shower pretty much the force provided by gravity. There was zero toilet paper upon our 2am arrival and had to wait till morning to receive. Communication with hotel appears to be via Expedia messages. The hotel is unique in decor, the restaurant downstairs is tasty with friendly staff. I did see a rodent dart across the floor during dining but it is HCMC. Would I stay again? No...

Habitación comoda y amplia , con balcón o terraza dependiendo la que escojas o te toque , falta un poquito de mantenimiento en las ventanas , el cuarto de baño amplio pero normalito , ubicación perfecta para llegar al centro en poco tiempo , la parte de abajo es un restaurante que ofrece buenos desayunos si los llevas incluidos al hacer la reserva , tienen bastantes macetas y arboles con lo que puede entrar alguna hormiga que otra pero tranquilos que no muerden jiji , relación calidad precio buena , me aloje 2 noches en diferentes dias

Die Rezeption war nicht besetzt, wir sind nachts angekommen und haben einen Brief mit Zimmernummer und Schlüssel im Briefkasten vor dem Zimmer gefunden. Aber auch zu den angegebenen Zeiten war niemand da. Bei Abreise am frühen Morgen war die Ausgangstür des Restaurantes verschlossen, wir mussten aus dem Hochparterre über die Mauer klettern und auf den Gehweg springen. Ansprechbares Personel wäre super gewesen.

단촐한 숙소지만 깨끗하게 관리가 잘 되어있고 샤워시설은 오히려 큰 호텔보다 더 쓰기 편했어요. 건물 자체도 이국적이라 발코니가 참 예쁩니다. 다만 혼자 묵는 분들은 무서울 수도 있겠어요. 통일궁이 가까워 좋고 1층이 식당인 것도 이점이 될 듯 합니다.

Peaceful hotel in the park.

What a beautiful place. Old style and so perfect. Located among the trees itbmade you feel you were in a house in the woods. Location was right in the heart of the city. Across the street from the Presidential Palace but felt isolated. The room was in the front next to the road and you could hear the traffic but not see it. Not too noisy but could hear the loud motorbikes but the views through the large trees made it worth it. Downstairs was an excellent famous large Vietnamese restaurant. Breakfast is only Vietnamese food but fortunately McDonald's was only 3 blocks away. Definitely will stay there anytime I visit Saigon.

まぁまぁかな。

1泊しました。 午前中にチェックインしましたが、料金が発生することも無かったです。周辺はレストランや屋台もあり、立地は良かったと思います。チェックアウト後も荷物を預かってくれて助かりました。 ただ、清潔感は少し欠けてるかな…床の掃除がされてないのと、クローゼットがずっと使ってないような独特な臭いだったので使わず…。 アーリーチェックインで掃除前だったのかな…と思いますが…。

非常推薦！很好的住宿經驗、很棒的位置！

我們在這裡住了五個晚上，非常謝謝他們的服務和照顧，大家對我們的兩個孩子都相當友善。我們訂的房間含早餐，早上就下去一樓餐廳用餐，可以選擇牛肉、雞肉河粉或烤肉飯+一杯茶或咖啡，吃得很飽也很好吃（一樓餐廳是食尚玩家介紹過的唷）。飯店位置超級棒，就在市中心，走路去很多景點都只要10-15分鐘左右。整體來說非常滿意，房間也很舒適，冷氣很涼，人員也很親切，會說英語，謝謝你們這幾天給我們的笑容和服務，讓我們有美好的經驗！

I lost my wallet as soon as I arrived Ho Chi Minh. I was very sad. This hotel’s staff kindly contacted the airport and bus offices to deal with me. Besides, I was impressed by good atmosphere, delicious breakfast and good service by staff. I want to stay this hotel when I go to Ho Chi Minmin next time.

スタッフの対応は良し！コレは大事！

下がベトナム料理屋となっており、店内の奥のエレベーターで３Fへ。 まぁ知らんかったら（私も初めて）戸惑うやろなぁ チェックでは普通に対応してくれる。 片言英語で大丈夫。 さて、チェックの感想を入れて買い物から帰ってきたら、スタッフからいきなり対応不備に謝罪された。 このレスポンスはすごい！ しかし、部屋がうるさいのは近くのクラブではなく、窓横の潰れてるダクトがうるさいので、コレは部屋の造りがダメ。まぁ昼間だけやけどね。 クラブの騒音は根本的なものやから、神経質な人には向かない。 （私はイヤーウィスパー使って寝た） 次の日帰ってきたらルームメイクされてない…コレもフロントに言うと対応してくれた。 しかし、次の日は無し…基本的にルームメイクは毎日しないのかも。 ただ、毎日シーツを替えてる気配あっるので忘れてるのかなぁ？ 他にもタオルは勝手に替えた（ドア前にストック）、マクラは４つあるのでローテーション、ゴミはセルフで捨てて、ハブラシは最初のを最終日まで使用… こう書くと論外のホテルに思えるが、元々ベトナムでは三ッ星クラスでは期待は出来ない。 そしたら、美味しくて種類豊富な朝食ついてCP良けりゃいいんじゃ無いの？って思えてくる。 まぁ、快適とはお世辞にも言えないから万人向けでは無いわな。

위치좋고 아기자기한 원목 인테리어

위치 최상.통일궁 바로앞.대부분의 관광지 도보 이동 가능.1층 유명식당 조식-베트남식 내려주는 커피 포함.실내 인테리어 원목으로 독특하고 아기자기함.청소상태 더럽단 평이 있었는데 시설자체가 리모델링 된지 얼마안되어 거의새것이고 청소상태깔끔함. 단 창문열면 저층이라 나무들 때문에 날벌레있음. 전망도 괜찮음.직원도 친절함.아침 7시 도착하니 얼리체크인 비용 2만동이라 해서 그냥 짐만 맡기고 12시에 체크인해준다 해서 주위 관광후 가니 가방 방에 미리넣어주고 떠나는 날도 저녁8시까지 짐 맡아줌.냉장고 맥주 생수 음료 무료.세탁서비스도 무료라고 써있었음.단점은 입구가 식당을 통해 들어가야하고 로비가 24시간이 아닌점. 다시 호치민 가도 머무를 생각있음

Amazing place except drilling at 6:30am

Amazing place, except that they are working on the restaurant's terrace on the first floor and the drilling starts at 6:30 am. Avoid this place in the next 3-4 weeks.
