The customer service here are so wonderful. They help me with my suitcases. I left to go to my friend’s house for two days without telling them, and they were worried because they thought I fainted in my room or something since they haven’t seen me, so they knocked on the door to check. Isn’t that sweet. The place does need an upgrade in the rooms but it has an elevator and all the necessities you’ll need for your stay if only you’re only there to shower and sleep from being out all day touring the city. So just think motel quality with great customer service. I paid $9 a night for the room with private bathroom to myself instead of some other places that are hostels for about the same price and you have to share the bedroom and bathroom. Though I said motel quality, but I didn’t see any roach or rat, not even a fly or mosquito in my room, just some hungry ants if you leave open food in your room. Even at my doctor’s building there were roaches and rats! I will definitely stay here again next time I come back to Saigon.

This hotel room was not clean when I arrived. The bathroom actually had bugs in shower drain area. The television didn’t even work. The staff was not helpful when I asked about the amenities being sub par.

Honestly with the price, I wasn’t surprised by the way the hotel looked. I’m not complaining much since I just needed a place to stay and I didn’t need that much in a hotel because I was mostly out, but I’ll give my review for people considering. So the bad part about the hotel was that the fridge was dirty, bathroom was very stinky especially the toilet and there was some material stuck on them. The door knob was also almost broken but can still lock and the blanket was very thin.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

This place is terrible!! Stay away! It's not in livable condition, they don't provide toilet paper. and right in the front they have a large flashing sign advertising HOURLY RATES. That should tell you enough! It is so stinky and full of ants, and there are ants on the bed!! We checked out shortly after checking in and went somewhere else.
