It was way overpriced for the value. I received a show pictures of a beautiful view minor of a construction site which was going 24 seven very noisy the hotel air conditioner in the room could not keep you comfortable even though it was not hot outside. I was double charged and never received anything back.

Some amenities were a bit lacking, such as the shower head. Toothpaste portion was not enough for 2 people to use twice a day. Phone on table did not work, so had to go down to reception if I needed anything. The views were great though, and the suite was very spacious.

Everything was nice until to tried to use the toilet: as you sit on it, the sink is right in you face! I hit the sink with my.body almost every time I tidied to use the toilet. It”s unacceptable ! And the shower”s position is also unacceptable . These two items are complete afterthought .

Hôtel bien placé mais très moyen pour un 4 étoiles

Hôtel bien placé en centre-ville, face à la rivière comme son nom l'indique. Attention car les chambres "supérieurs" ont des fenêtres opaques ne pouvant être ouvertes donnant sur... le couloir intérieur. La chambre est spacieuse et propre... mais on peut trouver des petites blattes dans la salle de bain. Le personnel n'est pas spécialement avenant et sympathique, bien au contraire pour certaines personnes. Le prix reste un peu élevé par rapport à la prestation ainsi que face à la concurrence. Hôtel moyen au final.
