Good basic room. WiFi is decent for work. It is no smoking, however, you can smell it from inside the room. The hotel access is a one way street so a bit difficult if you miss a turn.

The room was not same like pictures. No closet. The staffs are super unfriendly and not helpful. They didn’t even look at customer’s face to talk.
Water is leaking from the toilet. Shower didn’t work but took them long time to fix it.
You have to take water bottles yourselves to the room. All extra services like transfer to airport are super expensive. The room is not soundproof at all. Can hear all things they talk in the lobby.
The only good point about this hotel is near the airport but cannot save all the weak points.

スイートという部屋でしたが。
ホットタブはお湯がでません。バスタブの水栓が閉まりません。
夜間は完全に水だけ、朝方はチョロチョロと垂れる程度だけお湯が出ましたが、シ ャワーとしても全く使える湯量ではありません。また、バスタブの栓がシッカリと閉まらず、全て排水されるので水でもお湯でも貯まらないので、バスタブ付きの部屋の意味がありません。
また、クーラーは壊れていてまったく作動しません。窓もない為、蒸し暑く換気すら出来ないです。
部屋はフロントの横にあり、防音はまったくされていない為、夜中も朝方も他の旅客の声が大きく聞こえます。
フロントスタッフは値段通りの対応なので問題ないですが、チェックアウト時の部屋確認の中年女性は確認しているにもかかわらずフロントに完了報告を行わず、不機嫌そうにホテルから出ていこうとしてフロントに呼び止められていました。色んなことが、非常にネガティブに風吹く宿でした。
深夜便でのHCMC着だったので、一旦仮眠程度に空港近くでバスタブ付きで評価の良いホテルで、ディスカウントされたCP良さそうな宿を1泊目として確保したつもりでしたが、非常に心身ともにストレスフルな出張滞在スタートとなってしまいました。
