It’s a great place to stay. It is near to everything, especially the bus and metro stations. It costs about only 30 cents for one trip. You can google for bus numbers for different locations in the city and cities around.

Disappointing Stay

I booked 1 night for a superior double room since I will arrive early in the morning around 2am and will just sleep. Then booked a luxury double room for the succeeding 6 nights. But I never transferred rooms after that. The guy Tam told me that there was a mistake on my first room, and that it was already the luxury double room and no need to transfer. It seems to me that it is the superior double room as described in the app. 16sqm and very basic. The luxury double room had a city view but this room I got had no view at all. Not even windows. It was very closed and small and the toilet/shower had no dividers. The reason I booked a better room for the next 6 days is because I wanted a bigger room but apparently that did not happen. The people at reception keep telling me that what I booked was the room they gave me, called it “standard” room when clearly I booked the luxury double room with a city view—as the app suggested at the time of booking. So I was stuck in a smaller room without a view or window for the next week. They claimed that if I wanted the room with the view I need to pay 650,000 VND/night more. Is there really truth in advertising hotels.com??? This is the very first time I am disappointed with any bookings made from your app. I have used your app for years because I know it is very reliable but this is just very disappointing, to say the least.

一階がタトゥー屋さんになっていて、チェックインもそこでします。一番良かったのは立地で、152番のバス停からも5分かかりません。ただエアコンの効きが弱かったのが残念でした。ドライヤーや冷蔵庫はありました。

Un hôtel parfait avec une personnel tres gentil et adaptatif. Nous avions reservé cet hôtel dans un premier temps pour 2 nuits lors de notre arrivée. Finalement nous avons décidé d'y rester 2 nuits supplémentaires. Très bien placé, il permet toute commodité dans la ville et pouvoir sortir le soir manger à proximité dans la rue animée.

帰国が深夜便だったため、仮眠、シャワー、荷物整理をするために数時間滞在するためPanoramic Triple Room with City Viewに滞在しました。総合的には少し期待外れだったのでリピートはないと思う。以下詳細：部屋に入ったら強いタバコ臭でとても臭かった。エアコンをしばらく回して少しは薄くなったがそれでも臭かったので辛かった。部屋の面積が記載がなかったが、とても狭くスーツケース3つを開くスペースはぎりぎりだった。部屋にスリッパはなく代わりに使い回しのビーチサンダルがあった。シャワーのお湯は出た。ホテル1階がタトゥーショップになっており、その横を通り過ぎてエレベーターに乗る感じ。値段が安いので不満はない。
