The room is clean, spacious, and AC worked like a charm. I needed to do laundry before heading to my next destination and I used their washer and dryer are on the 7th floor for free. They provided two vouchers for cafe-type drinks and the restaurant on the 1st floor was quite reasonably price for a non-Vietnamese hamburger. It’s within walking distance to a chilled cafe shop (cannot think of its name) and some delicious street foods (find ones with lots of people). I travelled by Grab and it was within close proximity to Aeon Mall, airport, and other Saigon’s tourist locations, but far enough for some quiet and a good night’s sleep. I went back up to Saigon after taking care of family obligations and it was already fully booked, so I got a hotel near that location around the same price point. It went from a 10 to a 5. Not all hotel location are the same. Read reviews and not pick a hotel based on its pictures and descriptions.

The room was a very good size with a separate living area, kitchen and bedroom but it does not have a window. The location is too far from District 1 but is close to the airport. The mattress is very hard. There is daily room cleaning service which is great.

Great hotel for the money. clean, great location

I went to the Gangwhoo hospital for a surgery and this was one of the recommended hotels. The location was perfect, front desk staff helpful, and my room was cleaned every day. There was free water on the 4th floor. The bed was very hard, but I heard that was standard in Vietnam? not sure, but just wanted to note it. I would recommend and def go back. Great value. My only complaint would be that I would have liked the restaurant to be open for longer hours since I was totally off on my time zones

Room is clean and the cleaners come everyday. However if you dont want your room cleaned and have put the 'Do not disturb' sign, still expect relentless knocking on your door and phone calls asking if you want the room cleaned. Even after telling them to please not call or knock if the 'dnd' sign is there, they didnt listen. Other staff on the ground floor are very uninterested and unhelpful. Staff continune to sit at the tables on their phones when you come to sitdown for food. One instance i sat down at a table for 10 minutes whilst deciding what to order for food while a group of 6 workers starred at me and we're laughing. After getting up to place my order they told me the kitchen is closed. Why no one could have told me that earlier instead of gossiping about me i have no clue Outside of these issues and the location being far from the centre, the stay was decent

The only problem I had with the hotel was BUGS. The people were very friendly and very considerate at the front desk. No problems with the staff at all. But even after my room get cleaned and I have trash cleaned up because I dirty the room maybe had a pizza box at night but was picked up next day for trash by room cleaning service and it looked clean. Bugs would come out of areas like from seams from the closet and dresser and in the bathroom. They would come out. And also think they could be under the bed too. Like I enjoyed my stay loved the staff very helpful and very understanding. But the bugs I think would be my hesitation for trying to go there again. AND just as an update as I write this now I did message the first to be courteous to them and they have already replied back and asked what I saw and where and how frequent. So again staff 5 star love them but just the bugs was my issue.

I like the place but unlucky for me there was little ones on my floor crying, screaming and laughing for two hours til 11pm. I could not fall asleep til midnight and had to be at the airport for 5am.
