Hardest bed its like sleeping on a rock

This was one of the worse places i had ever stayed. I decided to upgrade to the vip room because I felt like i deserved it but on arrival i was already frustrated because not one person spoke English. The room had no windows but i was impressed because the view's on the balcony outside of the room was amazing. But then that bed. Omg that bed it was sleeping on a rock i had the worst sleep in years on that bed i canceled my plans the following day cuase my neck back and shoulder. Then no one again speaks english. There was no hot water but when I finally got hot water the shower was great. The hotel is located on an entrance to a highway very inconvenient the hotel does not have coffe breakfast a biscuit or a cracker the hotel has nothing at all how does a big hotel such as that dont even have coffee and to get a cup i had to walk about 8 mins down block not good.

Nice new hotel

Not the first time I stay here. In fact, I stayed for more than 30 days and it’s very nice hotel. Cheap and clean.
