Good hotel for a cheap price.

The hotel was a bit hard to find. but the location is perfect. Bui bian street is near (a bit noisy). The staff is very kind.

The staff were nice and friendly. The location is super close to Bui Vien walking street. This hotel does not have an elevator so walking up the 8th floor with our luggages were exhausting. The hotel has an in house laundry which is good.

Had a great time at the hotel and owner was very accommodating to needs when my travel plans changed. Also had a great agent in the lobby to help with travel booking. Overall had a great stay!

Koniko is very helpful and accommodating. She gave us tips on how to get around the neighbourhood, where to dine, shop, and do tours. She akso arranged for our transportation to the airport. Im happy with the service.

Book the hotel well in advanced but upon arrival the owner tried to bring me to another location because she was offered more money for the room I had reserved seeing it was during the Tet. The confirmed reservation with a hard copy confirmation ment nothing. After veiwing other options the owner presented she convinced another tenant to move to another hotel after I mentioned i had no other option but contact Expedia.

このホテルの受付担当者（女性）、旦那さん、ルーム・清掃スタッフは素晴らしい人間だ。 このホテルを強くお勧めする。 ブイビエン通りまで徒歩3分という立地でありながら、宿泊費はリーズナブルだ。 私はコニコ（KONIKO）ホテルではなく、S Tホテル（徒歩1分）に宿泊した（コニコホテルでチェックイン、受付担当者は同じ）。 部屋は清潔に整えられている。 エアコンは正常に作動する。 テレビは未設置だった。 シャワーは水圧は弱いが、ぬるま湯は出る（ホーチミンは気温が高いので問題ない）。 ルーム（清掃）スタッフは信用ができる。 清掃スタッフがベットマットを立てて掃除をしているのを何回も見ている。 クリーニング店を経営しているから、洗濯物にも困らない（2Kgで50,000ベトナムドン）。 スタッフが良い方なので、なぜかこのクリーニング店を利用したくなる。 高級な衣類は避けた方がよい。 旅先で困った時は女性受付担当者に相談すれば助けてくれると思われる。 受付担当夫婦は英語が話すことができる。 STホテルに12日間程宿泊したが、部屋で喫煙できないこと以外は不満はなかった。 このホテルに宿泊できたことは、本当に幸せで安心な時間だった。 このホテルは日本人に適している。 このホテルに迷惑をかける日本人が利用しないことを願う。

ブイビエン通りのすぐ近くでホーチミン市中心部の観光地にアクセスしやすいです。メインストリートからは離れた裏路地にあるため、それほどクラブのうるささも気になりません。部屋の防音はほとんどないと思ったほうが良いので、隣の部屋の音などは聞こえます。 不満に思ったことは部屋の設備。冷蔵庫は故障して使えないこと、部屋の鍵がまともにかからず、ドアも壊れかかってセキュリティに懸念があること、洗面の配管から水漏れがあることです。 ですが、価格と立地を考えれば仕方ないことです。スタッフの態度も良く、一階にあるランドリーサービスも安くて、白い服の色が変わることもなく、縮んでしまうこともありませんでした。 総合的に考えて☆4です。

ランドリーサービスと併用していて入り口にかんそうきが並んでいます スタッフはフレンドリーですが、少し粗暴なところもあります 施設は値段なりです エレベーターが無いので、大変です バックパッカーの若者向けで、泊まれればいいけど、個人部屋がいいという人はいいかもしれません クーラーはめっちゃ冷えます ブイビエンにアクセスも良く、値段を抑えたい人はいいかもしれません

Was rather shock and disappointed when I reached the hotel and trying to check in. Was told there was no room left for me. Later, move me to a n opposite hotel which l had to climbed 4 storey high, dragging my heavy luggage to the room. To make things worst. I was told that they don't provide me with breakfast! But, fortunately , I only stay one night before l move to another much better hotel!

Konico hotel is the best! Rooms are clean staff is very friendly and helpful. I really enjoyed my stay here and recommend it to be the kids and I are ok to be easy r9so and we are looking at school today so I won't I tell her to come by tomorrow for sure if we are going on a date in a couple weeks I think it would you could get back to me when buying a house is in a better position you are not able or not and didn't see your email for a bit then what are your stats in a couple weeks I think it would that make me feel so 100 you are not able and didn't see your email for ha EA great time in her life to get it out tomorrow if that link doesn't I think it would you mind going up and I can leave at the backpack in a couple weeks I think it would that make me
