One if the most amazing rooms available in HCMC, especially in this range of prices!! Superb service, attentive, responsive, with a smile, including a personalised service with WhatsApp to ask about your preferences. Ah also clean, spacious, large TV screen (I usually don't watch but here it was a pleasure, with Netflix), Highly recommended, and never experienced that. And I am an extensive traveller who has tried top end and low key accomodation. About the location, easy to Grab to go anywhere

The street noise kept me awake for a little bit, but i had a good sleep soon enough... The staff was helpful, although we had to work through a translator app... I have booked three mire stays here, as i am quite happy with their services.

I had an issue regarding my room, to the point I thought about leaving... the two staff on duty saw my complaint, and had me in another room within minutes... my rating reflects the overall care from staff, and as far as the first room goes... stuff happens, and you work around it... I'm happy and will return next week...
