Excellent staff. Very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was great. Omelettes made to order. Only negative aspect of buffet was that it could use a few more breakfas selections , such as bacon and potatoes. Roof bar was beautiful but pool was more like a hot tub, which was very disappointing. Location is fabulous.
We had a relaxing stay at this hotel with friendly customer service. Our room (819) was large, although it was right next to the elevator so it was sometimes noisy. The breakfast buffet was delicious, which inlcuded hot meals, eggs made to order, cereals, fruits and purified water. We didn't get to try out the rooftop pool though.
A downside was that the shower was leaky and the rooms a bit dated and needing a refresh. Also our balcony door could not be opened. Overall I would recommend this hotel for families.
The elevator to the rooftop was limited, but other than that it was great. The reception staff was friendly and the room cleaning was thorough.

Liked: Staff & service, room comfort
Disliked: Property conditions & facilities
Breakfast was good, hotel room was disappointing- window was to a wall and the bathroom was clean but lots of tiles broken and not very nice condition. The bed was comfortable. The upstairs lounge was a bit too “club” style for me- loud music and a weird vibe.
Nicely located between the Ben Thánh market and Pham Ngu Lao party area, and easy walking distance to both. The first night I had one of the cheaper rooms with no window. Comfy enough, but I really wanted a view, so I changed for one of the more upmarket ones. Good decision: The view is excellent, and the room very spacious. Enough power outlets in the right spots, but the lighting switches were somewhat confusing - nothing critical, though. The shower was quite temperamental: very difficult to get the temperature right, and the pressure was weak. It didn’t detract significantly from the comfort, though. Nice rooftop bar and pool. The food in the restaurant was good also. Can highly recommend the hotel, but windowless rooms aren’t for everyone, so keep that in mind.
Hotel was pretty clean. Personnel was helpful all the time. Location is great as it is close to everything you need - shopping, local markets, food. We loved the stay.
