"Room was very clean however I would say the shower I had could have done with some bleach on the sealant at the bottom as it had a little yellowing. That's very minor in the grand scheme of things as the staff were so friendly and accommodating. It was my birthday trip and they gave me a little gift and a card, it was the little things. "Would usually book a hotel as moving child to Newcastle Uni but due to home match and lots of other parents moving their kids in, hotels were thin on the ground! Picked the apartments and was pleasantly surprised. Ticked all the boxes and great to have a small kitchen. Had everything we needed. Only criticism would be a lack of bedside table/shelf and the sofa wasn’t the comfiest but it was all clean and functional. Will def recommend. "

"Very clean room, staff very friendly and let us into our room early as it was ready. Room was beautiful and very spacious. Was amazing being able to choose our own room - the view was amazing! Digital key card was a great touch too. We used the pool where the staff again were friendly and pool was lovely and warm! We will definitely be back - the price was very reasonable too. "

"The hotel has fabulous Christmas decorations that make it feel even cosier and more inviting. The staff were really friendly, professional & welcoming. The room was a good size and clean and well presented, as was the bathroom. The bar area was relaxed and had a nice atmosphere. Only one issue during the visit. The breakfast sandwiches were in stotties that seemed a bit stale. We didn’t feed this back at the time, which I now realise was unfair. Apologies."
