"Perfect for our trip."

"The room was very clean. We had a king bed. The rooms are quite small and designed to accommodate one or two adults sharing a bed. We made it work with two adults and an infant without major issues, but no doubt it was tight. No room for pack and play or crib, if you have small kids. All manageable, and this is the type of hotel where you aren’t going to spend a lot of time in the room. Staff were absolutely awesome. Extremely courteous and patient. One person even walked with my mother in law to a nearby drug store. The continental/buffet breakfast was acceptable but nothing special. Plenty of other options for food in the area but the hotel breakfast was a good option to quickly eat before heading out. Location was near enough to Times Square, which comes with the standard pros and cons in terms of access to transportation, noise, safety, etc. The area generally felt safe and no one bothered us. All-in-all for the price this is a great option for a clean place to stay with no frills, and very helpful staff. Would stay there again. "

"Oh my goodness! What can I say about the wonderful Vincent and his amazing staff. Incredible service— going way above and beyond. So polite. So helpful. So sincerely nice. A problem with the room’s AC? They immediately fixed it. Need a ride? They called one for us. Where to buy bagels? Here’s my favorite place. The location is fantastic. Rooms are generous and clean. And they serve breakfast with a smile! I will stay here again!!"

"Lovely hotel snd staff! It did feel strange having to walk past several houseless people steps from the entrance. Nobody bothered us, but it is not something we were used to."
