"The staff was so friendly and accommodating. The restaurant was great. The room was large enough and clean and had everything we needed. "

"The heater/air conditioner in the room was not working. Several attempts to fix it were unsuccessful. There was a severe draft coming from the window due to poor sealing. We ended up using a portable heater—which the front desk provided on our third day—along with extra blankets. The staff is polite and helpful. The breakfast is very simple, consisting of coffee and a single variety of yogurt; the only food options are pastries—croissants, Danishes, and muffins. On a cold morning, one really craves a hot meal—preferably something as simple as fried eggs and/or waffles. The lighting in the dining area was surprising: a very cold, bluish light that makes it difficult to wake up—it feels as though you are sitting in the twilight, especially since there are no windows."

"The bed in this room was awful with poor quality sheets. It felt worse than a pullout. The room was completely bare with no pictures. The room was extremely loud from the street noise which made it very difficult to sleep. We cut our stay short and although the night before we were told that we could cancel the next night. BUT, when we went to check out, they told us that we had to take it up with Expedia. It was necessary to have an Expedia representative intervene in order to get our room refunded."

"The hotel looked clean. My room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I found the vanity countertop a little small to set things on. There wasn’t any coffee in the lobby when I left in the morning. overall, this is a nice hotel. this is my second time staying there and I would book again."
