โรงแรมใกล้เฮดจ์วูด การ์เดนส์, ทาวน์เซนด์

"We had a very peaceful stay. Our room was clean and quiet. The cleaning staff did an excellent job. Continental breakfast was pastries and cereals, but worked fine for us."

"Room was clean and looked nice. Bathroom too small with terrible water pressure and a very wobbly commode. Breakfast was grab and go in a breakfast room that was locked and was not accessible until after 7:30. If you are there to see bears at Cades Cove, it puts you up there a little late. Being just grab and go, maybe they could make it accessible earlier by room key code. Our room had no microwave and the only one that available was in the breakfast room and was very small and under powered....

"Very relaxing"

"This was the worst experience. The bathrooms were extremely dirty and wrecked. Our initially assigned room had a faulty door, and when we returned late at night, we couldn't get it open. We had to make multiple trips to the office before finally being given a new room. The AC was terrible as well. I would not recommend this place for families."

"Room was clean and breakfast was good. Had problems with hot water in shower and TV cable being down at night. … otherwise a good stay."

"Absolutely loved our stay at Club Mill Lodge! It has tons of space and the most beautiful pool. The only thing I wish the hotel had was a restaurant but you are so close to town."

"This location was ideal for a fabulous 3 day getaway , off of the busy streets tucked away in a secluded area, but walkable to the Gatlinburg Trail . Super clean , adorable cabin feel ."

"It is an amazing place, highly recommend"

"I loved my stay here! The check in process was smooth, the place was gorgeous & clean. The location was better than expected & would definitely book again."

"Sink faucet leaked around the base with attempted use, refrigerator door was broken, advertised heated pool was fridgid"

"The place its self is beautiful. The location is amazing. What was frustrating is on expedia they dont tell you about the addition security deposit. They also did not give us the code information until we were 10 minutes out. That was frustrating because we through it might have been a scam. Also there were packages left outside. We were asked to bring them in. Thats fine we did no problem but there was no where to put then that was not in our way."

"Dirty room they only do the bare minimum if that. Horrible bed and it was wasn’t a queen. After paying over $300 for the room they changed $16 for parking. Will never stay again."

"parking was great and location too"

"Would not recommend charged us 225.00 for one hour room was not what we booked not willing to fix problem"

"The reviews really are not very accurate cause this is like a one star motel the location is good but that's the only pleasant thing about it"
