"Lovely hotel in a historic building at the north end of Le Marais. Staff were extremely helpful and room was very comfortable. My only recommendation would be a few more amenities in the washroom eg- hand lotion, shampoo-conditioner, face cloths. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay. "

The location was walkable to public transportation, restaurants, and was a short walk to the Louvre. Room was small but clean, and functional. Luggage storage lockers and washer were helpful. "Great location away from the hustle and bustle, while still being close to everything. Right next to Marché Couvert des Enfants Rouges, local cafés, restaurants and public transport. The lift is very small but gets the job done, otherwise there are stairs as an option. Friendly and helpful staff, clean rooms and great amenities throughout the stay."

"Great location in the Marais! The room size was also perfect for the two of us and the spa tub in the bathroom was so lovely after all of the walking around. The staff was great and got us checked in early. Definitely recommend for your next stay!"

"Horrible experience. Within one hour of being there (we checked in at 10pm), there were ants all over the floor and spiders everywhere. We tried to reach someone who worked at the property and they were so unresponsive, the Expedia team got involved and helped us out by calling their management team. Finally someone came to our room and they sprayed a toxic fume to kill the bugs all over the place with us still in the room, we ran out coughing and unable to breathe. We ultimately decided to leave as all of the furniture and our luggage’s were sprayed with this toxic spray. The bottle indicated the room should be evacuated for minimum 4 hours and its 12am at this point so where were we supposed to sleep? The hotel did not have any other room available so we had to relocate and find another accommodation at 1am. The member at the hotel said they’d issue a refund and agreed they made a mistake with spraying the room with the toxic spray. Only for the next day, they declined issuing us a refund. Absolutely horrible experience, I wouldn’t recommend staying here even to my worst enemy."

"We loved almost everything during our stay. The rooms are small!! (we know that Parisian rooms are small) but ours was truly small. Fantastic location and the staff were great. We would def recommend and come back. Very clean rooms and comfy bed."

"We stayed in various hostel/hotels and this by far was the worst. We didn’t have hight expectations given how cheap the room was, and it still managed to disappoint. We arrived at the hotel about 20 minutes after the 3pm check-in and no one was at reception. There was roach spray behind the counter. We waited 40 minutes before anyone showed up. We yelled out hello, knocked on the door behind reception, inquired at the restaurant next door, and even checked upstairs with no luck. This was beyond stressful as we had tickets for the Louvre and little to no time to spare. It looks like only one person works per shift, as the receptionist finally showed up from cleaning rooms, she gave us our key and disappeared again. We went upstairs and rushed to make our Louvre reservation. This meant we had no time to relocate the receptionist and complain about the room we received. I paid for a more expensive room in order to get a private bathroom and all of the pictures showed bathrooms with doors or at the toilet separated from the rest of the room. Our room had an open floor plan with no doors or even a curtain to separate the toilet from the rest of the room. The curtains were dusty, the bed frame was rusty and cracked, the AC didn’t work, the tv had no control or buttons, and the bed sheets were linty and stained. By the time we came back it was too late to change the room and the worker said “it’s only one night, oh well.” We didn’t even want to lay on the bed."
