"The staff made our experience fabulous. Everyone we met was helpful, friendly and accommodating. I am disabled and needed to use a mobility scooter to get around, nothing was too much bother. The first room was difficult to access for me, we informed reception and were seamlessly and quickly moved to another room. "I loved this place. The staff were great. Parking is easy and right next to the place. We did dine in the restaurant downstairs it is Indian food and done very well. The place has lots of beautiful wall paper though out making it a unique experience. "
"It’s a lovely hotel and very convenient stop. The staff were super friendly and helpful.
We only had breakfast but it was delicious and plenty of it. The decor was lovely but needed a bit of tidying and the vase on the table needed a clean. I’m not keen on fake flowers which gather dust and the winter sun shows the glass vase needing a polish.
I’m being picky hoping I’m being helpful. It was a fab stay and I thoroughly recommend it and would stay again. "
