"Good location. close most tourists interested places"

"Our recent stay was an absolute highlight of our trip. Arriving on an extremely early flight after a demanding work week, we were exhausted—but the front desk staff, especially Demi, greeted us with incredible warmth, patience, and genuine empathy. Demi’s professional care and thoughtful attentiveness made a world of difference to our journey, allowing us to rest, refresh, and stay completely on schedule for our evening plans. The hotel itself is immaculate, incredibly quiet, clean and...

"The room and the view of the canal was brilliant. The staff was most helpful. I messaged while in airport to make changes to the booking. The hotel acted without fuss. Housekeeping was efficient to get the room cleaned around our schedule. I cannot fault this hotel at all."

"Great location and very friendly staff, breakfast is great, 13 floor the club lounge is quiet with great service. will definitely choose this hotel again"

"We stayed there for 4 nights in OCT26. Generally the hotel staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and well kept. The in room air-conditioning can fluctuate between warm and cool at times. The breakfast spread was good, with an array of international and Chinese selection. The executive lounge was a huge disappointment. The food in the lounge were very basic and the wines served were bad. Location wise, it's close to Malls, and Wulin Night market."

"Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."

"Great breakfast, nice rooms and very kind staff!"

"Thanks to its convenient location and excellent service. The staff are very friendly and helpful."

"Clean and comfort stay. Convenient location for transit at airport."

"前台人員服務親切，可以協助一切，酒店位置在東站附近，有接送服務非常方便，早餐品項選擇也多"
