"The room we got looked nothing like any of the pictures on the listing. Dirty/faded furniture, peeling paint, picture frames missing, fridge had broken shelves, rice cooker was absolutely disgusting(didn't use it), blinds were half functional, the list goes on. It was a place to sleep (albeit on dirty pillows) and nothing more. Just because it is in the Landmark 81 tower doesn't mean it is luxury. I have honestly stayed at waaaaaay nicer hotels for less in Vietnam"

"Good location. Room is clean overall but the mattresses are the worst compare with other landmark properties we have rented. ( we rented 8 times at landmark from Plus , 2,3,6..) Unlike other one this one collected cleaning fee each day but they only come to clean after your stay no matter how long you stay."
