Second time staying in the Landmark Plus, I selected the locations from the map view. Specifically choose a unit on the opposite side of pearl district .. so we were surprised to be in The landmark plus unit. But the location is good just didn’t want to stay in that building again. The bed was comfortable and great AC, kitchen was stock to cook and the unit had a couch and table for eating. Unit was not decorated like the photos and bathroom was not clean to my wife expectations. We would say overall dirty. Need some ant traps, Communication was great and very helpful, would like you this company again, but hopefully the invest in the decor and better cleaning crew, also more towels in the units for hands and mats in the floor.

The apartment is very spacious and clean,the host quick reply for any questions. This is whole group and they come to clean our apartment everytime we request and change our towels like hotel. The location is walkable to everything,it has whole small city around our place and 2 mins walk to landmark 81..This make me feel at home everytime we go out and back to apartment

Our stay began with an unexpected inconvenience. When we arrived to check in on the 23rd, our host informed us that the unit we originally booked was unavailable due to an issue, so we were moved to a different unit in Vinhomes Landmark 1 with a similar layout. Unfortunately, the replacement unit showed its age. The TV was broken, the microwave didn’t work, the master bedroom had a noticeable smoke odor, and two of the living room chairs broke simply from sitting on them. The good news is that our host was extremely responsive and did their best to address these issues as quickly as possible, which we truly appreciated. The biggest disappointment, however, was our experience with the downstairs neighbors. On our first night, two security guards came to our unit at 10:15 p.m. because the neighbors complained about noise. We were simply a family staying together, and our 4-year-old had accidentally fallen and hit his head against the door, which apparently prompted the complaint. Wanting to be respectful, we were extra careful the following evening. We quietly had dinner together as a family of six, yet by 9:00 p.m. we received another noise complaint from the same neighbors. At that point, our stay became stressful rather than enjoyable. We had paid for a family vacation, but we constantly felt like we had to tiptoe around the apartment, making us uncomfortable even walking through the unit.
