The staff was delightful and very helpful, overall this was a beautiful stay, very relaxing and the location is absolutely stunning. My friend even managed to spot a raccoon dog during our stay."

"After staying in Tokyo this place was amazing for our family because of the space alone! The property is around an 8min walk from the end of the Hakone Pass cablecar and the ropeway connection. It rained most of our stay but there is a nice outdoor table set and a lot of japanese anime comics (in Japanese) in a lovely takana room with bean bags. Kitchen is well stocked except i couldnt find a knife but theres a lot of plates, bowls etc etc. The bathtub was amazing on the cold days. Would def...
