"Beautiful hotel, not sure how it’s classed as a 3* on Expedia when it’s by far the nicest hotel in Newcastle. The rooms are a great size, clean and cosy and you can tell the hotel has thought of the “little things” that set it apart from a generic Hilton esque experience. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Will be back soon :) "

"We booked this as a large group and it didn't disappoint. The apartments were well laid out with ample space in the living room areas. There was great cleanliness throughout and areas stayed at a nice temperature. The accomodation was really quiet at night and the key system although awkward at first was easier than keys. "The stay was excellent and the rooms were really well designed. I also appreciate how they were able to extend my booking last minute. The best part of this hotel is access to downtown Newcastle by foot and access to the train station or metro. The only thing I don't recommend is the restaurant on the 2nd floor. "I chose this hotel for location to the train station and good price point for a one night stay after going to the theatre. I was very impressed with the cleanliness, it was immaculate. Comfortable bed, though we were facing a main busy street, the noise did not affect us. Polite, friendly staff and impressed that when we returned late at night, a member of staff checked we were staying before allowing us in. The room was compact, but perfect for our stay. "Fantastic stay. Stayed for a wedding. Staff really welcoming and friendly throughout. Slightly difficult to find our room, but was lovely when we got into it.
