โรงแรมและที่พักในเกาะ Green

"Loved everything about this resort."

"Charged us an extra $2K for my children. I booked two rooms under my husband and myself and when we got there they indicated it would be an additional cost. I’m fine with a few hundred but 2K is beyond ridiculous."

"Some improvement to appearance needed. Lobby furniture needs upgrading, property is aging. More restaurants should be kept open. Only Ackee and the Italian restaurants were open at the time of the visit."

"Rooms arw very spacious and clean. The housekeeping staff are super friendly and helpful. Everyone made me feel very welcome and safe. Thanks all, I highly recommend this place and will be returning."

"My wife and I stayed at the Grand Lido for a week, Sept 15 - 22. We have been there over 15 times in the past. So sorry to learn of the destruction in late Oct 2025 from Hurricane Mellisa. The country and resorts are still getting back to normal. Understanding that our resort was still healing, we gave special leniency to the conditions and service. Our Butler service was excellent! Our room was clean and well stocked. The restaurants were not quite up to par with prior visits, but.... ...

"No complaints about any of it. Food portions are very generous and priced well."

"Keep up the great work"

"The hotel was amazing"

"no water pressure"

"All round great resort good food staff was amazing highly recommend signature level"

"This was a great base to visit Negril & other attractions. We were very well taken care of the staff or outstanding"

"The staff and resort were Jamazing!! Special shout out to Michelle and Nicholas (our butlers) for an amazing experience."

"There was no wifi , and I wish I was notified about this , because traveling internationally you depend on this . Otherwise, this is my 8th time here and it’s convenient and nice"

"All was good but nothing outstanding."

"The rain shower head did not work. Had to shower using the hand held wand. Also the safe had to be worked on by the staff before we could use. This was room 40. The bar was very good. The bartender who worked the afternoon shift on Sunday was very attentive."

"Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but the rooms could use some updating. I was locked out of my room for about an hour because the door lock malfunctioned, which was frustrating. Unless you’re interested in becoming a member, I’d recommend avoiding the sales presentations. They took up too much time, especially during a short stay, and took away from my vacation experience."

"I liked everything! Freendly staff, the beach a paradise. I will come again!"

"The host thought of everything. There are two rooftop tanks of water if the water goes out. There is a pump if the water pressure is low. The house is backed up by solar system if the power goes off. The host will get anything fixed almost immediately if anything doesn't work as well as it should."
