"Rated 4 stars based on the following: The room, we had a swim out suite, is definitely 5 star as is the resort staff. The gym and hydrotherapy were also 5 star. My wife had a 3 star experience at the spa - mine was 4 star. Where things broke down was in the food department and the party culture. "Property was clean and staff was very attentive . There was obviously damage from hurricane, but resort was trying it's best to rebuild. Pool area was immaculate! Buffet times were great, but alot of the same items everyday. El Dorado steaks were amazing!"

"I actually did not stay. The property was not up to the standards that I like in a hotel. I put in a refund with Azul which was granted. I was only on property for approximately 45 minutes. Property is old. They only were serving hamburgers for lunch. Definitely not the level of hotel which i would stay in. The online looked good and reviews read decent, but the actual hotel was not up to par."
