"Great views, friendly staff, nice little fire pit to enjoy! We didn’t want to be right in Banff so worked for us, great that they offer e-bikes to rent for free!"

"Great spot"

"Wonderful hotel"

"Perfect location! Walking distance to the shops if you want to do some shopping. We had a nice view of the mountain and you can see Bear st from it. We stayed in a 2 bed and 2 bath room. Very spacious and clean. There’s a stove, fridge and microwave if you want to do some cooking. The only downside is the parking. They dont have their own parking. You gotta park in the streets which you have to pay $12 canadian $$ per hour from 8am- 8pm and free from 8pm-8am or park for free by the train station...

"Very good!!"

"What an amazing experience, would definitely recommend, the thermal baths and saunas are incredible."

"Clean property, comfortable beds and quiet"

"Excellent stay all around"

"Fantastic location and easy to access. Room and facility are clean and well maintained."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. Location pn Banff Ave was close to all downtown restaurants and stores. Would definitely stay here again."

"Very quick and easy check in and check out process. Free Bus passes were appreciated. Very clean and tidy, well equipped rooms. Hot pool/spa was great. Highly recommend this place"

"Staff were not friendly or accommodating and the rooms are very outdated"

"The room was clean and very large. I was sure I had booked a 1st floor room, but the only thing available was upstairs. Up somewhat icy stairs! The one pleasant surprise was the heated bathroom floor. For the price we paid, it was good value."

"I only stayed one. The individual at the desk on check-in was polite and professional. He explained the fees, provided a parking pass for on site parking ( per night fee ), gave a coupon for $15 credit at a nearby restaurant. The individual at desk was helpful when I informed him there was an issue with the phone in my room. My room had a king size bed in loft that was very comfortable but the room was extremely hot up in the loft overlooking downstairs of room. Main level was cold so not sure...
