"The best thing about this hotel was its excellent location. It was steps away from Union Square and walking distance to many stores, restaurants, the cable cars and other SF attractions. The hotel of course is quite dated, being a historic building, and does not have a restaurant on site."

"Room was clean , staff was super nice and helpful . The only thing I didn’t like was the fitting bed sheet was ripped it had holes on the corners didn’t see it until the morning when all the blankets were off . Just throw them away !"

"Great, comfy bed. Good sized room. The walls are very thin so you can hear a lot from your neighbour but we had quiet ones so all good :) Really enjoyed our stay."

"Two night stay. The staff was very pleasant. I mentioned I was visiting for the first time and they provided a map of the area and popular places to eat. Both came in very handy. The room was clean and everything functioned well. I would stay here again on another visit to San Francisco."
