"The room is situated right with the bathroom area totally separate from the living area. I had a balcony and used it on ocassion to watch the traffic below. There is some traffic noise at night however this is Vietnam in the GovVap area and quite busy. There are two grocery stores just around the corner and numerous restaurants. "
