"The hotel was renovating some rooms which meant there was deafening noise throughout the day and started as early as 8am. Actually quite ludicrous they kept the hotel open or at the very least didn’t sell rooms in the most affected areas. Staff beyond unresponsive when raised with them and very rude. A bit of a surreal experience to feel like you were staying in a building site but this was considered somehow acceptable. "location ดีมาก อยู่ตรงข้ามสถานีรถไฟ Montreux ห้องสะอาด"

"Excelente ubicación, el personal siempre dispuesto ayudarte y muy seguro si viajas sola"

"Reasonable price. Next to the bus stop. Have lift. Under some renovation but very quiet. Have a small fridge and a desk. "

"Very nice hotel, very good location next to the lake and close to main attractions and train station."

"nice location near the train station, the lake, shops and restaurants. HOWEVER, the contruction of the hotel is really sensitive to sound so I got really distracted by the neighbours rudely smashing things really loudly, and nostop since early 6-8am."

"พบพนักงานต้อนรับสองคน คนนึงพอใช้ อีกคนแย่มาก ทำท่ารำคาญ ไม่อยู่การ โต้ตอบแขกโดยไม่สนใจฟังแขกอธิบาย Not recommended forAsian people. Bad service. Rude receptionist."

"Ok"

"We spent 5 nights for our honeymoon trip here. This such an adorable memory. There service and room are impressive and fantastic. We enjoy every moment in this hotel. Breakfast is stunning. Service desk is full of service mine. No doubt, we will surely revisit again. Strongly recommend."

"Charming hotel, beautiful views, wonderful location and most of all...lovely, helpful staff."
