"Check-in was a breeze. We arrived about 10am from a 15 night cruise. Although we couldn’t get into our rooms right away, they did store the luggage for us. This allowed us to leisurely shop/window shop/grab a bite to eat. They called within 2-3 hours to let us know our rooms were ready. Excellent location. Spacious rooms. "Some Staff at the front desk doesn’t seem to like their job (a man in particular). Some others were really welcoming which compensate. I stayed 2 weeks and only ask my room to be clean twice: was cleaned poorly. Great Location. Kitchen: super usefull May need a knife and a cuting board but other than that was great. Not well insonorised."

"Very much enjoyed our stay. 4 star rating, there was a couple of disappointments. No bellman upon arrival so we had to struggle with our luggage. "The breakfast was below average, mostly just cereal, bread, fruit, and a few cheese options. Definitely not worth the 18 euros. The property itself is nice, but it follows the newer urban open-space concept, so there isn’t much privacy or a truly separate bathroom. The toilet and shower are separated, which is a plus. Overall, it’s still a decent option depending on what you’re looking for."

"Our stay started out with very helpful bellman and front counter/ concierge person. Once we got to the jr suite room things started to decline. The room and the hotel's corridors were very dark. The suite had no walls dividing the bathroom from the rest of the suite but did have a very small toilet room.The entire suite was on a master control so when we turned off the electric at night it was very dark and hard to see to move around. The shower was very slippery with no grab bars as the floor...

"Keep in mind some rooms have shared bathrooms. Two bathrooms for all guests. Room had a sink which was nice. Also this is the nightclub area so it can be noisy from Friday to Tuesday night. Staff is great! They gave use earplugs. We only got one key for the outside door. Did not realize that would be a coordination issue until too late so if you are traveling with a group ask for another key."

"Double rooms are not really doubles. They're two twin beds pushed together for some reason, so we had to separate them but only had less than a meter space between them due to fixtures. No proper door on the bathroom, more of a stall door so very little privacy when doing your business. Seems like they're trying to be trendy when they could put much more effort in being comfortable and functional. Otherwise the staff was friendly and helpful. Nice view from the balcony."
