"The place is conveniently located and the staff were helpful and quick to respond. We appreciated access to free laundry services in the building, including a dryer, and the back patio area. It is worth mentioning that we experienced one issue with very small ants coming in near the balcony door and through the flooring by the window, so we had to be cautious with food. Additionally, the breaker needed to be reset a couple of times. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay."

I stayed 2 weeks and only ask my room to be clean twice: was cleaned poorly. Great Location. Kitchen: super usefull May need a knife and a cuting board but other than that was great. "I paid for a double bed and a suite like room with a closed off bedroom with a door. I got neither. That was really disappointing. Other than that, I really enjoyed the stay. Staff were very pleasant and incredibly helpful."

"Room, staff and spa were excellent (Marianno is the best) if could change one thing, One negative thing is the location is far from town 20-30 minutes and although there is a free shuttle, the departure time is 11 am and return time is 3:30 pm, not sure why this couldn't be stretched say from 9 am to 7 pm. "There's nothing bad we can say about this hotel at all. We don't like to stay too much at the touristy areas so this fits us very well. The subway is close, the restaurant nearby (Vasi) is very tasty and the location of the hotel is convenient with a supermarket right in front of it. You can exercise by walking to Park Guell as well as it's just twenty minutes away. The room is cozy and very clean and it's big. Considering all of this it's good value for the price. "Great staff, location and room! However if you are a light sleeper, do not book here as it is next to a club, and you can hear the music. I am a heavy sleeper so it didn’t affect me, my husband however did not sleep well. Room does come with eye masks and ear plugs! He chose not to use them, therefore it was his fault😂"

"Staff were great and accommodating. Rooms were very small. Bathroom was clean but needed some renovation work(wallpaper peeling staining on ceiling) took quite a bit of time to get hot water in the shower but once there it was good. May not stay here again but for first time visitors is was ok. Location was good for the sights and restaurants."
