"万博期間中にも関わらず価格も安く清潔で良かったです。
2連泊でしたが、タオルが交換されておらず、電話をしてタオル置き場から自分でタオルを取ってくることで対応しました。そこはちょっと残念。
あと駐車場が少し停めづらいかな。"

"Room was great, staff were very helpful. Hotel configuration is such that there are a set of about 10 steps that cannot be avoided, even though there is an elevator. That means that luggage has to be hauled up the steps.
Staff were very helpful, we arrived in two groups. Second group after the kitchen closed. First guest had to go to Kansai airport to pick up second group. All missed dinner. Hotel was very understanding and did not charge us for that dinner."

We want to call out ‘Mikki’ who was super kind and helped us with any language barriers we had. The entire restaurant staff was amazing and we are grateful to meet the chef. The onsens were also wonderful. A room here with breakfast and dinner included is an excellent value."

"The property is well equipped & clean. The sauna provides relaxing moment in modern style. Excellent!
We just left the bathtub which is open in the middle of the Villa as we were a group of 4.
There is a good cafe next to the Villa Coretile and her coffee was great. Recommended.
Communication was very nice & the host took care of what we need.
