Nice property right next to the train station. The hotel shared space with a large market and restaurants which made things very convenient. The rooms were clean, but very small for two people. Nice view of the Wakayama Castle.

The location, service, hotel itself were nice. The front staff upgraded our room which was very thoughtful. However the air conditioner was very loud and could not be adjusted, so we could only set it off.

お盆の最中でしたが朝食バイキングはゆっくりいただけました。大浴場は皆さんマナーよく利用されてました。サウナは程よく熱くて、朝から利用できるのもありがたい。観光はせず２連泊してホテルで過ごしました。外の暑さを凌げて満足の3日間でした。
