"I would stay here again! Clean!Very close to the train station and very central in Florence. The host is very kind! She even recommended wonderful sites and resturants. Very sweet people! The building has an elevator so if you packed a lot you can use the elevator. I was concerned staying near a train station but the noise didn’t bother me. "What a fantastic hotel! Everything about my stay was exceptional, from the incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional staff to the unbeatable location and excellent facilities. The hotel was comfortable, beautifully maintained, and had everything needed for a perfect stay. The staff truly made the experience special, always going above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The location couldn't be better! I would absolutely stay here again and again without hesitation. One of the best...

"Fabulous location just around the corner from the train station. We were a family of 2 adults and 3 kids aged 7, 10 and 12 and we walked everywhere around the city. Very secure and safe we would absolutely stay again."

"Excellent location, just a few minutes' walk from Santa Maria Novella station and the historic center. The staff were very attentive throughout our stay, and the breakfast was great. A couple of things to improve: the air conditioning didn't cool the room well, and the bathroom had a few stains. Still, the service and the breakfast more than made up for it — I'd happily stay here again."

"Clean room and bathroom.Very friendly staff and welcoming. Helpful staff,we checked out so early for a whole day tour and left our luggage in their hotel."

"The location was excellent, right near the train station and major tourist attractions. The host was very kind and provided helpful explanations, and the room was cleaned thoroughly every day. The view from the balcony was also wonderful. I would definitely love to stay here again if I visit again."
