"Last minute booking and pleasantly surprised with how much we liked this hotel. Staff is attentive and eager to be of assistance if needed. We made several comments during our stay about how quiet the hotel is, minus the lobby for obvious reasons. Small to-go cafe available with healthy menu options, all reasonable priced. Rooms and hote facilities were all very clean. The outdoor area was well manicured with bistro sets and umbrellas, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee in the fresh...
"Absolutely loved it here! Would 100% stay again. This is the best location in Chicago for tourists. Super walkable, so much to do! Close to the train from the airport. The only thing is, the bed I had was like bolted to the wall so if you drop anything down the side, it’s basically gone forever so just be careful of that "
"Everything was pretty much excellent! Personally I would not recommend the steakhouse downstairs as the food wasn’t very good and a food item was also burnt😕, definitely was not worth $80."

"I love this property & I am liable to stay again. My only 2 complaints are 1: the shower is too small. I don't like shower curtains touching me. 2: the rooftop closes at 11 or so. Overall... Money well spent. "
"Great stay. Old upscale but not portentous Great service . Could use a little sprucing up , noticed some paint chipping on the ceiling in certain spots Other than that we highly recommend staying here."
