The hotel, staff, pool, and breakfast were great. Traveled with family, ages 7-13, everyone enjoyed. There are multiple elevators to navigate, as the property is pretty large, but overall the stay was great!

We had an awesome two days at Embassy Suites in Chicago! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, and the service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. Spending the holiday weekend in Chicago with two of our kids and their boyfriends made the trip extra special, and Embassy Suites played a big part in creating such a memorable experience. Everything from the accommodations to the overall atmosphere was just what we needed for a relaxing and fun family getaway. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Chicago!
