We, family of three, have a good stay at the hotel. The location is convenient, about 5-10 minutes walk to the river walkway or magnificent mile. The breakfast has basic items which are fresh and tasty. One morning was a little crowded because it’s a holiday.

The hotel is nice enough in the River North area (clean, safe). Breakfast was decent. My initial Queen room was very tight, so I upgraded to a King studio accessible, which was a bit more spacious, though quite a bit higher nightly rate ($85 more per night). We were told parking would be $50/day, however it was actually $67/day. That was frustrating, as we had a 5-day stay. Staff was friendly, but overall, we might try a different hotel next time.
