"Great location with shops and restaurants in walking distance."

"Sehr sauber, hübsch ausgestattet mit Kücheneinrichtung mit allem was man braucht. Schön warm und gute Lage."

"Lovely property with a great view ! I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included, and it was really good. A great start to the day!"

"A very cozy and convenient stay with ample storage space and within walking distance from the art museum and other shops."

"Everything was the way I hoped it would be."

"There.was no one there to help you. As other guest arrived we had to tell them to look for an email. Customer service is nil."

"Great place to stay! It’s clean and spacious, and the full kitchen has plenty of pots and pans. We made lamb and soup during our stay with no issues at all :)"

"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge. After the fifth call, we finally got the correct code and room munber"

"Front desk staff was unhelpful and rude. When asked about parking they directed us to the garage across the street"

"Only issue with my stay was that the shower wouldn’t drain and flooded over the very low stepover. The rest of the room was clean and it was nice that breakfast was provided."

"Très bon choix"

"No staff, no service and the room was not cleaned."

It wasn't too bad but slightly inconvenient. The only thing I would strongly suggest is to provide better sun blocking curtains. During the summer the sun and their street lights are not good to get sleep. Please provide better darkening curtains or shade. The location was exceptional though and would definitely...

We had to resort to boiling the kettle to use hot water. We contacted the property 18th Feb to raise our concerns and did not get a reply. I raised a complaint with Expedia on our return and the property have refused to take any accountability for the problem. Expedia were very good dealing with the complaint though 2) The...

"Nice location within 5-10 minutes walking to Akureyri downtown. Ample street parking. The building exterior needs painting. The unit is updated with flooring, bathroom, and kitchens. However, it is a basement unit and the entrance to the unit is undesirable. You have to through a short side door and walking down into the basement."
