"I stayed at the hotel for a few days after being released from the hospital after surgery on a broken ankle. I stayed while waiting for my travel insurance to arrange transportation back home in the United States. The staff were all so nice and helpful since it was not easy for me to get around. Someone was always willing to help me fix a plate at breakfast since I was using a walker and could not carry anything. And they did it with a smile!"

"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge. "We were disappointed, arrived in late evening and were supposed to stay 2 days but we immediately booked another hotel (K16 apartments) for the following night, which for a little more money gave us a much better experience. The issues we encountered: no free parking close by, 2 flights of stairs to carry our suitcases up to the apt, very small studio with sofa bed which occupies a lot of space when opened, plus an heavy glass and metal coffee table which further reduces space, no bath towels...
