"We arrived at the apartment with no check-in information. Nothing by e-mail,so we called the office to get the room number and door code. Unfortunately the room was occupied by other two guests, they were shocked. That was the wrong number we got. I tried to call the office again and again and gain the line was so busy and coursed more expenses for telephone bill roaming charge.
