"Staying here was so beautiful. The ambience of the lobby was great for resting, refreshments, and working. The room was clean and services were quick. It was a lovely get away."

"the staff was lovely and the house was very cozy!!! loved that there was a kitchen that we could use upstairs. the room and bathroom were very clean and modern. location is perfect, walkable, and very accessible by bus or train! we loved our stay here and wish it could have been longer!"

"We were visiting Brooklyn for the first time and this was a perfect spot for us. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and on arrival I asked for a quiet room and they accommodated my request with no hesitation. The rooms come with complimentary water, wine, coffee and chocolates as well as lovely lotions and if you need anything else it’s a phone call away. We were able to walk into Williamsburg and feel safe with no issues and lots of great coffee shops and cafes on the...

"It was convenient to go to Manhattan or walk around Brooklyn. Staffs were nice and friendly. Anthony helped my key card issue right away and I appreciate it."

"clean room but very small . The balcony was a nice addition, but because of the weather, I i couldn’t really enjoy the balcony was almost as big as the room. I just felt for the price of the room and (maybe because it was a holiday weekend- Halloween weekend), it was quite overpriced I will say the staff was super friendly and helpful. There was a phone in the room however , with no menu - no information on how you could communicate mainobyvby . example when we need extra towels, I had to go...

"Room was clean and good size. Shower was nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. I will say that my only complaints would be that you can hear slamming of doors and other loud noises sometimes. I drove from Maryland, and was worried about parking, but found plentiful free parking on the street. Very close to all things bushwick, and trains. Bed was comfortable and ac blasted. Would definitely come back, but wouldn’t spend a dime more than I paid. Almost 650$ for two nights."

"Absolutely nothing like the pictures. I forfeited my refund and purchased a whole new accommodation after checking in. Do not stay here!!"

"they had no AC working and didn’t say anything prior to booking. The room looked very un-maintained. The cabinet that was meant for the fridge had the fridge missing. There was a spider web in the corner of the room. It was just bad."

"Construction at the moment"

"Well decorated and clean rooms. Staff have always been friendly and helpful. The rooftop is a great place to work and despite some of the comments about the WiFi, I’ve never encountered an issue. The Penny has become my favorite stay in Brooklyn recently."

"I cant fault the hotel and we enjoyed our short stay very much however the price was much higher than similar standard options we have stayed out previously and the step up in cost did not translate in a step up of quality so it might be our first and last time staying im afraid to say."
