"We enjoyed a wonderful stay at the Chiado! High-end amenities, friendly staff, roof-top bar and centrally located to attractions and great restaurants in Lisbon. On our way check out day, the young man working the desk at 6am in the morning kindly waited with us outside to ensure that our Uber driver would locate us for our pickup...world class!"

"Absolutely beautiful rooms, very friendly and professional staff."

"It was a great trip!"

"Marvelous property. My room had a terrific view."

"Close to the things to see in Lisbon. Nice cozy room with everything we needed for a great stay. Didn’t know there are two properties under this brand. Made it difficult for storing our bags until the room was ready. I probably didn’t read the information. Would stay here again for sure."

"Amazing location to get all around Lisbon. Staff all so kind. Would absolutely stay here again when in Lisbon."

"Clean room. Convenient location. Washer/dryer in the room is most appreciated. Iara who helped us to check in the apartment hotel is very helpful and friendly."

"staff friendly. Rooms clean. Good breakfast. great location"

"Great hotel in the most perfect location."

"We did have problems with our room but were upgraded right away. The hotel is located in a great place to walk around Lisbon or catch the tram or other means of transportation. It is very beautifully decorated and has a wonderful breakfast!!! We stayed for three nights. Definitely we’ll come back"

"The location was excellent, with many activities, shops, and dining choices just steps away. We were able to find everything we needed within a short walk."

"Sehr schönes großes Apartment mit Küche, die wir allerdings nicht genutzt haben. Drumherum schaut man sonst auf teilweise unbewohnte Terrassen und der Blick Richtung Meer auch nur von ganz oben vermutlich zu sehen, Leider ist nur eine große Bettdecke statt zwei Bettdecken vorhanden. Ansonsten lief die Kommunikation sehr gut."
